David Nix | President, Founder

David brings over three decades of experience in the plastics industry with a focus on polypropylene and recycling. His career spans leadership roles at global polyolefin producers like LyondellBasell and Braskem. After launching his own recycling business and advising private companies, David returned to Braskem as North America’s Sustainability and Recycling Leader.

Today, through Green Group Consulting – co-founded with his son – David leverages his unmatched technical expertise and hands-on experience to guide clients across the plastics value chain. He has led capital projects exceeding $1 billion and is recognized as one of the world’s foremost experts in polyolefin resin design and recycling technologies.

Harrison Nix | Vice President

Harrison’s background in data analysis and hands-on experience scaling a post-consumer polypropylene recycling facility allows him to bridge technical insight with operational execution. He has developed ISO-compliant Life Cycle Assessments, led the creation of a third-party certification company for sustainable materials, and helped numerous clients implement transparent, traceable supply chains.

Now, Harrison leads data management analysis, recycling facility operations, and financial modelling – combining data-focused problem-solving and real-world experience to provide GGC’s signature technical advisory services. Harrison is certified in ISCC, ISCC PLUS, and ISCC Waste and Residues Auditing.

John Caturano – Managing Director

With over 30 years of experience in packaging, recycling, and sustainable sourcing—including leadership roles at Nestlé and Keurig Dr Pepper—John brings deep expertise in packaging policy, technical packaging across formats, and sustainability frameworks such as Deposit Return Systems (DRS) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
