Oregon

PROs must submit their first program by 3/31/24.

The bill sets the following statewide recycling rate goals for plastic packaging:
- 25% by 2028
- 50% by 2040
- 70% by 2050

The Oregon refund value for containers is 10 cents. The bottles must be three liters or less.

Stores of 5,000 sqft or more must accepts containers if they sell any beverages.
