The CT Department of Energy and Environmental protection has until 12/1/22 to submit recommendations for recycled content requirements. They must also coordinate with other states.

New Jersey passed recycled content requirements and based of the coordination requirement it seems reasonable to expect 20% recycled content or higher required.
