Signed into law 1/18/22. Rigid containers are required to have 10% PCR conent after 2 years and an additional 10% every 3 years. This will max out at 50% PCR content.

There are steep penalties for noncompliance. Making false claims will result in fines of $50,000/event/day. Additionally, noncopliance will result in $1,000 to $25,000/SKU/day.
